CHAPMAN — Vance K. Wilkinson, 67, of rural Chapman passed away on Sunday, Oct. 29, 2017, with his wife by his side. He has chosen cremation and a family and friends committal service will be held in the Oakdale Cemetery at a later date. At his request, no visitation will take place.
